Kia ora lovely humans!
Last month I mentioned I was going away for mahi (work). Well, it was all the things! So many feels! I went to Byron Bay to complete the “Art of Birth Debriefing” training with Lael Stone and Bernadette Lack (my professional crushes!) I am excited to share that after facilitating birth debriefings for over four years and recently completing this intensive 6-day training to deepen my practice, I am now offering birth debriefing sessions as a stand alone service.
What is Birth Debriefing?
Are you seeking a safe space to heal and process your birth experience? Do you long for understanding, support, and compassionate listening as you navigate parenthood? Birth debriefing is a powerful opportunity to reflect on your birth experience, express your emotions, and unravel any lingering feelings of trauma or confusion. It's about reclaiming your voice, honouring your journey, and finding healing amidst the ups and downs of childbirth.
You Are Not Alone
Whether you gave birth last month or twenty years ago, whether your experience was smooth sailing or fraught with challenges, know that your feelings are valid, and your story matters. I am here to offer you support every step of the way.

Thank you for being a part of my community. I look forward to supporting you on your path towards healing and empowerment.
Sending you so much love and compassion,
